Before starting this business, I had decided that I definitely to provide a high-quality clean. I have heard lots of stories about people who hired a carpet cleaner and were unhappy with the results, and I wanted nothing to do with that. I wanted to build a business I could be proud to stick my name on, and I wanted it to be a quality-run business in every way, from the clean that we do, to the customer service we provide, to the way the business is organized and run internally, and to the relationships I would develop in the process (with both employees and customers). I wanted this to be a business people would love and refer. I wanted this to be a business that would make both me and others happy. I subscribe to the philosophy that life is made up of the days in it, so if you have happy days you’ll have a happy life.
My dad also had another life philosophy that I really agree with and try to adhere to, also. “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” I want my customers to know that their needs are important to me. I don’t want them to be a name on a list – I want to have a relationship with them. Although I am not a cleaning technician, I still like to meet my customers when I can. I have many customers that I have not been able to meet in person but over the phone I’ve been able to develop a relationship with.
We make a real attempt to give a warm and friendly greeting when you call. It’s a way for us to hopefully brighten your day and show you that you’re important to us, whether or not you end up using our services.
At the end of the day, however, you’ll be the judge of how well we did in these areas. Feel free to let us know if you think we’ve done well or could improve in any of these (or other) areas.
